Phillip D Azachi

Forest Hills, New York

Phil started his practice upon admission to the bar. With few positions available to recently admitted attorneys, Phil went door-to-door to every office building along Queens Blvd looking to develop relationships with other lawyers. He managed portfolios of cases, handling all aspects of litigation and contract negotiations. He has appeared in courtrooms across New York City and Long Island, developing a deep knowledge of local practices.

Phil’s objective is to provide unparalleled service and professional results to his client, while ensuring that a clients’ needs remain a top priority. "Many attorneys overpromise on results and the client ends up with an enormous fee and confusion over the status of their case. I take the time to listen to my clients' concerns, outline strategies, and work diligently towards the best possible outcome”.

Phil’s practice focuses on trust and estates and business representations. He advises clients on probate and administration, kinship proceedings, accountings, and will contests as well as estate planning. Phil also advises businesses on topics ranging from commercial leases, vendor contracts, employment agreements to fundraising, asset purchases, and commercial litigation.

Phil also provides low-bono services in the Queens community. He participates in the Community Legal Resource Network's City Council Project, providing free consultations for residents of Jackson Heights, Corona and East Elmhurst.
